Re:  Domain name

Dear Mr. Peter  A. Buchsbaum,

Thank you for your letter dated November 5, 1998 regarding your objection to my using
my private, commercial domain name of flemington-nj.com.

I have worked very hard, for almost 2 years now, to provide a free public service to the
people of my community. I have invested a substantial amount of money registering,
designing and maintaining the web site, which in any way shouldn�t detract from the
Borough's own site. In many places, such as the index page, you will find links guiding
people to the town�s own web site.
 
Flemington-nj.com is not a governmental nor an organizational domain name, but strictly
a private, commercial one. There has been a disclaimer which designates it as such
since it�s inception in March 1997.

I am hoping to meet with Mayor, Austin H. Kutscher, Jr., on this matter as soon as possible
in order to resolve any misunderstanding.
